Lu’s teaching philosophy was mainly influenced by the Suzuki method and the Montessori Method of education. Over 15 years teaching experience, she realizes how important it is to meet children’s inner satisfaction in order to make their music journey enjoyable and the practice becomes self-motivational. She is sensitive to the fact that every student is an individual and their lesson is unique designed. Her job is to guide the students that interest in violin playing, help children freely manifest themselves with greater clarity and truth and reveal their own proper nature by using music. Her bright personality creates a warm and inviting environment for students to learn and grow. A cornerstone of her teaching philosophy is that students learn the solid fundamental technique in an easy way and enjoy the practice.
